  Stephanie Sarka
Stephanie Sarka was a founding executive of Overture (formerly GoTo), the successful Internet company which invented and pioneered the Pay-for-Performance (paid) search business model in early 1998, growing the company to ~$1B revenue in four years. Prior to Overture, Stephanie led the re-launch and turn-around of Mark Cross, the American luxury goods brand which was a division of Coach Leatherware, where she had spent the three years prior in numerous leadership positions. Stephanie has also worked for Advent International (VC) in London and International Flavors & Fragrances in Paris, and she spent two years in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Stephanie has a BA in quantitative economics from Stanford and her MBA from Harvard.
 
  Wade Hennessey
Wade Hennessey is Kontiki's Chief Technology Officer. In other ventures, he most recently served as VP of Engineering for America Online's Product Personalization division. Before AOL's acquisition of Netscape, Wade was instrumental in developing personal software services such as My Netscape. Prior to his post at Netscape, Wade worked on real-time memory management at Kaleida Labs and consulted for organizations such as Sybase, DEC, and Xerox PARC, working on system-level software such as databases and compilers. In 2002, Wade was named one of InfoWorld's 25 Most Influential CTOs. During his studies at Stanford, he performed research in robotics, taught introductory Lisp programming, and published a Common Lisp programming textbook. Wade earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from Stanford University.
 
  Jonathan Ewert
Jonathan Ewert's expertise includes advertising networks, social networking, e-commerce, and professional services. Jonathan was most recently Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for LookSmart, where he also served as the company's General Manager and led the turnaround of the media business. From 2003 - 2006, Jonathan served as Chief Executive Officer of ePALS until selling the company. Prior to ePALS, Jonathan served as VP Business Development to restart eCommerce Solutions, and as VP of Marketing and Corporate Communications for Modem Media, where he led Modem's successful IPO in 1999. Previously, Mr. Ewert served in a variety of management roles at Infoseek Corp. until the sale of the company to Disney in 1998. Jonathan is a past Board member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, and serves on the Advisory Boards of The Guru Nation, Stuart Levine & Associates, and Cancer101, a non-profit that provides tools and resources to the newly diagnosed. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
 
  Jeffrey Davitz
Jeffrey Davitz is co-founder and CTO of Solariat. A social computing expert, Jeffrey has dedicated the past several years of his career to developing theoretical understanding and practical solutions for social media platforms. This includes the development of the iLink framework, a system for supporting and harnessing work in distributed social systems. Versions of the iLink system are in daily operation in a number of military social media platforms.
His background includes research in machine learning at the Theoretical Division at Los Alamos, as well as at SRI in their Natural Language Computing Program. At SRI, Jeffrey was founder of the Social Computing Group and also served on the executive team of the CALO project - the largest artificial intelligence project in history.
Prior to SRI, Jeffrey was founder and CEO of CriticalPoint Software, a natural language search engine, which helped build some of the first test systems in telematics that supported natural voices like interfaces to on-board data services. Jeffrey has a PhD in Statistics from Columbia University.
